Returns and refunds

Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are considered final once work has begun.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the portrait has not yet entered the drawing stage.


For printed orders, refunds or replacements are offered only in the case of confirmed damage during shipping. Photographic proof is required within 48 hours of delivery.

Other types of refunds or cancellations are not available.
