1. Nature of Commissioned Artwork

All portraits are custom-made digital artworks created in my personal style, blending realism with expressive stylization.

Each piece is an artistic interpretation based on the provided reference images and is not intended to be a photographic replica.

2. Creative Discretion

While reference photos guide the process, artistic decisions regarding linework, shading, color balance, and overall composition remain at my discretion in order to maintain stylistic consistency and quality.

By commissioning a portrait, you acknowledge and respect this creative direction.

3. Revisions

One minor revision is included after the preview stage.

Minor revisions may include small refinements such as subtle shape adjustments or slight detail corrections.

Major changes — including new poses, different expressions, new reference images, or structural alterations — are not included and may require an additional fee.


4. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are listed within each product description.

Completion time may vary depending on current commission volume and the complexity of the piece.


5. Client Communication

Clear and respectful communication is expected throughout the commission process.

Repeated requests outside the agreed scope or inappropriate communication may result in cancellation of the project at my discretion without a refund.


6. Usage Rights

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.

Commissioned portraits are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
